“I received my order yesterday, 25 pounds of Ned-hot Big Jim's. In the entire case I had 6 chilies that were red or had started to turn red and one that was rotten. This I attribute to the fact that I decided on 3 day shipping to save money and to me, the loss of one chili was perfectly fine. The flavor and quality is phenomenal and I've already roasted 2/3 of the case to peel and freeze for future use. When there was a delay with shipping l, due to heavy rains, the company was great in letting me know about the shipment date. I'll be ordering again next season!!”

“I had originally posted that my order had not arrived as promised. The reason for the delay was rain on the fields. The product arrived as promised after the rain delay. the product was in excellent shape and was well worth the price I have not ordered this product before but I certainly will again. Job well done. Thank you”

“I have been ordering from you for several years and the chile always arrive in very good shale. When ordering fresh produce online, you will always have a small amount of spoilage, but your company does the best job of any other i've tried of making sure the chile is fresh but not moldy. Very good product!”
