“Have been ordering 25lbs boxes of Big Jims for several years now. This year was, as always, fantastic. Roasted and canned most of the box. Left a few for Rellenos. Plenty of heat without being overwhelming. NIce and fleshy. I'm in Seattle and choose the ground (longest shipping time) and they show up in great condition. So glad I'm able to get the best part of NM up in the Pacific Northwest!”
