“Big Jims never disappoint! Hatch Green Chile never disappoints! We roasted, got toasted, and had a party for our friends to experience the sites, smells, and tastes of New Mexico's finest! Only had one or two chiles that were a little worse for wear from the trip across the country. The majority were firm, green, and lived up to their name (Big!) Thanks again for helping us close out August in the best possible way. Hatch delivery and roasting days are our favorite holiday!”

“I paid the extra money to have them shipped fresh. There were quite a few very rotten and some of those leaked all over the others. I love the chilies but honestly can afford to spend the kind of money for 25 lbs and only get 15 out of it. I understand it’s a long ways but I think I’ll jus wait until they come to the store next year.”

“Chile’s were good sized, arrived as promised, amazing flavor & good heat (too hot for my elderly parents so have to use sparingly when cooking for them and add extra to my own, but the hatch flavor is amazing). I ordered my chile’s fresh & then roasted when they arrived to my home in Arizona...nothing smells better & reminds me of my childhood in Albuquerque. I will definitely be ordering from you again next season! Thank you!”
