“Really I don't like giving bad reviews, but we were disappointed that the Big Jim's we received had no heat what so ever. This was our first purchase and are leary of ordering again when we expected to get some medium heat from the chiles.”

“I ordered this chile Medium Hot for a friend that moved to Oregon. He knows chile and says that the chile has no heat. could barely tell it was chile at all. He was very disappointed with the product. He hasn't had chile in over a year. Thank You”

“We live in Connecticurt but my husband lived in Albuquerque for many years. He deeply misses New Mexican food and especially chili rellenos. His birthday is in September and I thought that since it was Hatch chili season I would see if there was a way to get them delivered fresh to Connecticut. My search lead me to the Hatch Chili Store. I placed my order and honestly was not sure of the condition in which they would arrive. What a pleasant surprise! So fresh, so delicious, and the most amazing smell. My husband was so surprised to have hatch chili rellenos for his birthday. I am sure this is the beginning of a new birthday tradition.”
