“You were proactive in delaying shipping my order because of Hurricane Florence. And that was GREAT. Had you shipped normal lead time to me in N.C., it probably would have been on a FedEx dock for at least a week. So because of what you did, my Big Jim’s arrived in GREAT shape. So thanks of thinking about your customers. And BTW, the chili’s are DEEELICIOUS.”

“Out of a 10 lbs box there were only a few bad chilies. We were very happy with the Chilies otherwise. They made great green chilie sauce. We will definitely go up in heat level next time.”

“Awesome peppers, perfect amount of heat and flavor. The reason I didn't rate Very Good was because quality control needs to be a bit better. Out of the 5lb box I received, at least half a pound (3-4 peppers) were rotted and had to be thrown away.”
