“I buy a 25 lb box of fresh Big Jim Chiles every year. I have always been very pleased with the shipment. Sometimes a couple peppers may have issues but that is to expected with such a large shipment of FRESH peppers. Thank you Hatches for my yearly supply!! I grew up on them and now can get them in Georgia anytime I want!!”

“Had my order shipped to New York state. Fresh chilies arrived with absolutely no spoilage! Roasted them myself and packaged up in freezer baggies for future use. The heat of the peppers this year was too hot for some but I found them to be just right!!. I was so satisfied with this order that I plan on placing an order next season!! “I had no idea you could order fresh green chile directly from Hatch to my door in the east coast, with such ease and free shipping!! the chile arrived fresh and wonderful as if I was back in NM!! I roasted them in the oven, ate a few fresh in enchildadas de camaron and froze the rest to use during the winter... what a find!”
