“What can I say ....... these are the bomb !! Perfectly beautiful chili’s. Roasted ourselves. Added to corn bread , eggs and of course made chili relleno s. Best ever. Looking forward to next year. Part of the fun is roasting g ourselves.”

“I gave my experience a 2 because I got my chilis and customer service is great. This is my 3rd year ordering from you. I was born in and raised in the southwest so I consider myself experienced in all things chili. This was the second shipment after your first didn't seem up to your usual standard. Unfortunately, the second was worse. Over half had ripened to the point of being red and the box was soaked through because about 1/4 of them were completely rotten. I don't want another replacement but I'm probably not going to be ordering fresh ones again. I paid $70 for 10 lb so they would get here quickly and be fresh. If I order again I will probably order frozen ones. This will be fine for green chili stew but I will definitely miss my yearly chili relleno party. Thank you for always doing your best to satisfy.
