“Nice and meaty with a light heat to light for my taste for Chilling Rellenos but, then make extra hot Red chille sauce over a chilli Rellenos and it’s HEAVEN”

“I ordered 5lbs. Approximately 10 of the chilies in the box were soft/rotten and had to be thrown away. Not a huge deal, but I hadn't experienced that from any chilies I've gotten from you before.”

“Love these. While I do grow chilies home here in Jersey they just are not the same as Hatch!! Ten pound box ordered back in February and I roasted them all it was like bringing New Mexico into my home. I will order again next year!!”

“These were a nice size and very fresh. Flavor is delicious. We roasted outside on the grill and peeled and packaged with our seal a meal. Hmm, good!”
