“ALL Hatch chilies are awesome! We went with Big Jim as it's a medium hot. The mediums we got last year were really benign. Our Big Jims are pretty mild, but still add all of the flavor we crave. Next year we will get the hot as we like heat in our dishes, but not so much as to over-power the great taste Hatch chilies possess.”

“Things that my kids (30-somethings) like best about Big Jim Chile are the size... great for stuffing if they choose... and the range of heat from one fruit to the next. They are real adventurers in the mountains of Montana, so Big Jim suits them just fine!”

“Flavor is often imitated but CANNOT be equaled! Our Big Jims arrived in Seattle, WA well packaged to prevent loss/damage. The peppers were in excellent condition, firm, green, unwilted. And the aroma!. Salivating we processed some immediately for dining pleasure that evening. The rest are in the freezer to be rationed out this winter. Regret we don't have a bigger freezer”
