“As New Mexican "exiles" now living in Wisconsin, we were so happy when our Hatch green chile order arrived on our doorstep! We were roasting them the next day on our grill for our winter supply and were pleased that every one (chile) was perfect (not a single spoiled one!) and with lots of large ones (for rellenos)... So glad to have discovered this source for fresh, seasonal New Mexico green chiles. SB”

“Great batch of fresh flavorful chile, large peppers with variable heat, as expected for Big Jim. We order 50 pounds annually, and we didn't lose a single pepper to damage this year. The only problem is making them last for a year - may have to invest in a larger freezer.”

“My boyfriend loves them. He grew up in New Mexico so living in NE with no green chiles was not good. Make sure you are ready to roast and freeze some if you order alot like we do they only stay fresh few days but then we can grab them out of the freezer all winter. Delicious.”
