“I’ve ordered fresh green chile for several years and they’ve always arrived fresh and delicious! I used to live in New Mexico, so I’m really happy to be able to get genuine Hatch chile now that I’ve moved. I especially appreciate being able to order by the specific variety, not a generic heat level - I know I want Big Jims! Some years they’re hotter than others, but they are always big and meaty with a great chile flavor for those of us who don’t want our tongues scorched when we eat. :-). Great service and a quality product makes me a very satisfied repeat customer!”

“Year after year these chilies are the best. The ordering process is easy and efficient; they chilies come quickly; and no one can hold themselves back from eating they them during the roasting process. Now that I have worked my up appetite, please excuse me while I go have a chili and cheese snack.”

“I have a special tradition with my daughter in Houston. When it’s chile season, I always send her Chile. She says they sell green Chile in Texas, but, as she so eloquently puts it, “It’s just not Hatch”.”

“My shipment was dried and shriveled. I only got 3 cups of peeled chiles out of 10 pounds. They were picked late or stored and shipped poorly. Won't order again.”

“We love our fresh green chile from NM. The chiles arrived in great shape... very meaty and nice. The heat level is a bit variable but we have come to expect that. We bought 50 lbs and roast, peel, and freeze most of them so we can have chile all year. Thanks so much!”

“I received my Hatch Green Chile and instead of roasting it in my oven like I have in the past I did it outside on our grill, I served it for super the next day and my family just loved the flavor. I have to be honest but for the past couple of years that I've ordered the peppers were not that meaty and they were hard to peel once roasted, but this year they were plump and meaty, easy to peel and have a wonderful flavor. I am very pleased with the order I received this year.”

“My chile preference is Big Jim, it is very meaty and has enough heat to satisfy my family. In my opinion, this years chile had more heat which is nice. This is a great chile for people who like spicy food, enjoy savoring the flavor but don't want feel like their mouth is on fire.”
