“Heat is consistent and just right for a little kick behind a ton of flavor. The Big Jims are great size for roasting and peeling and perfect for stuffing or things like Chile Relleños. If you want a nice big chile with a slightly firm texture and perfect medium heat, the Big Jim will become your go to choice!!”

“These are Great we use them in all of our Mexican food Enchiladas, Burritos, etc. the Medium-hot works for us right now. But next time I will try a box of Hot Chiles. The flavor is Outstanding. And not one was Bad or Broken They were perfect when I received them from being shipped from New Mexico to Omaha, NE.”
