“I have gotten this chile for several years now and it is awesome. I grew up on the west coast and am now on the east coast, so getting this amazing chile is a godsend for me. “Well I love the taste of all Green or Red Chilie especially from my home in New Mexico. I was hopeing the Big Jim was going to be alittle hotter than it is but i will order the next batch hotter than the Big Jim. Id also like red chilie. How to i get some red and hot but not to hot that i cant eat it but hotter than med-hot like the big jims description said. but know that i love it all. and i will order more and highly recommend Hatch Chilie to all i know in Missouri. Hi Donna, We only sell Big Jim for our fresh red chile. However, we do sell roasted, peeled, and then frozen Sandia (Hot) red chile! Thank you, Taylor
