“I was expecting the chilies to be roasted, however once I began roasting them I didn't mind at all. I love the smell of fresh roasted chilie. I didn't even get all of my order roasted before I was eating straight fresh roasted chilies! Definitely a repeat customer”

“I like HOT...Didn't find this pepper to be any hot at all...next time I would definitely go for a hotter pepper. It might be nice to sell a box of different varieties...so one could decided which one is best for their taste.”

“Overall very pleased with the flavor and level of heat in these peppers. Unfortunately, seems that transit took a very long time (shipped on a Tuesday, delivered the following Monday) and had to throw away 4-5 peppers as they were spoiled in the process. Many that we kept were not as high quality as we had received last year.”

“I was counting the days to receive these chiles, and the familiar robust fragrance was deliciously welcoming when I came home and found the Hatch box in the front porch (we're in boston MA). most of the chiles we're gorgeous and healthy. Some didn't make it, and the company happily refunded us for the portion that didn't make it. I will def order again!”
