“When the 5 pounds we ordered arrived, we found 4 chiles that had completely spoiled. Not good but the others are fine. From now on we will purchase from a store when thery arrive fresh. I don't think we would trust another mail order. They weren't preserved or wrapped in any way, just thrown in a box.”

“When I received the hatch chile package, I was a little disappointed on how many rotted chile's were packaged with them. But the ones that I was able to sift through was delicious. I don't believe it was processed like that, the shipping weather was extremely hot.”

“These peppers made the best hot sauce! I think they should switch to wax lined boxes like beef comes in though. A few peppers were trash due to crushing by UPS and the box was mushy. By all means buy them anyway!”
