Frank, I'm a little confused here. You're suggesting you received frozen chile? I show a shipment of fresh big jim being sent to you, not our roasted and frozen chile. Can you give us a little more information as to what the issue with your order was? As to what we state on our website, I have no idea what you mean. How is our "customer satisfaction" false? If you received a box of roasted, frozen chile when you ordered fresh it is possible that there was a mistake made in our office when printing your shipping label but everything I see in my system indicates that you were shipped fresh from our packing shed outside of Hatch. Our roasted, frozen chile ships from a different location so I don't think it's possible that you received frozen. Please email us at support@hatch-green-chile.com and we'll see if we can resolve whatever issues you think occurred. Thanks, Preston

“Having been to NM I've come to love green chiles. The Big Jim is a medium heat Chile to NEW MEXICANS! Others might consider them hot.Their flavor over rides the heat factor.Roast them on a HOT grill to blacken the skins.Put them in zip lock or food saver bags and freeze. When thawed they peel easily.Rub the seeds out with your fingers or not if you like hotter.(wear nitrite glover if you're sensitive).Get on the net and find some green Chile cheeseburger or green Chile stew recipes and have at it. The flavor is wonderful and your'e not going to get it anywhere else.My ultimate fave is green Chile Apple Pie. Heaven on Earth. Go Green. Go Hatch! Being a Wisconsinite I almost said Go Pack. The shipping process was painless.I received numerous emails on order status. Great service and a great product!”

“By selection the pre-order option, it was exciting to keep looking for notification that the order shipped. When it did, they arrived on time, and in good shape. We had them shipped to our post office and the staff all said they smelled delicious! We roasted them right away and the smell reminded us of NM. Delicious!”
