“I ordered 2 boxes of the medium hot hatch chiles. The first order arrived in good shape, but in the 2nd box I had 9 broken chiles, which were unusable. Other than that, I love them and will order again next year.”

“Excellent shape. Arrived on a Friday and they were roasted, peeled and frozen by Saturday afternoon. Big, meaty and just the right amount of heat (Sweating varity). I will order again next year.”

“Unfortunately I didn't get to make the annual pilgrimage to Hatch this year, so I got in on the last order of Big Jims of the season. I am VERY HAPPY with the chilies! They arrived in great shape with only a few starting to turn orange. Nothing like the smell of fresh Hatch chilies in your home! I have since roasted them, made salsas and rellenos, and frozen some for the winter. I am also very pleased with the customer service received right from the start. I will certainly be ordering from the Hatch Chili Store again. Thank you!”
