“Never been disappointed. You can't compare Hatch Green Chilis to another because they are in a class by themselves. Beautiful, large, meaty and tasty, every single one. My rellanos were to die for. Can't do that with just any ordinary chili. I spent a little extra time getting the roasting just right. And the AROMA from my kitchen was unexplainable. Worth every dime!!!! See ya next year.”

“I ordered the medium hot big Jim's chili, I didn't want to order a chili that was to overbearing in the heat range. After roasting the Big Jim's chili I gave it a test and was shocked that The Chili's didn't even make it to the Scoval chart. I'm very disappointed on my purchase, I believe that the chili peppers that were delivered to me were the mild peppers. I will NOT USE THE COMPANY IN THE FUTURE or give any endorsement for them... now I'm stuck with the chili pepper that I can buy in the Florida grocery store… Total travesty.”

“Beautiful, long and crisp!! The real test was after they were roasted and added to my green chili stew. Absolutely breath taking!!! So good!!! The quality was excellent. Hate to use them up and want to save them forever!!!!”
