“Our 5 pound box of your Hatch Chilis arrived on time and PERFECT! Every single beautiful chili was fresh and the smell opening that box took me right back to the Hatch harvest days when I was stationed at Holloman in the early 90s. I roasted them up on the grill that night and packed them into my Foodsaver bags to use all winter. Thank you for living up to your promise of fesh and on-time. You have a customer for life!!! I've missed fresh Hatch Chilis for the past 20 years since leaving NM!!! Awesome product...awesome service. Well worth every dime I paid!!!”

“My chili arrived fresh and firm even though it traveled over 2000 miles via USPS! From New Mexico to Alaska! Popped it in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes, peeled it and made chili rellenos. Delicious! Nothing like Hatch green chili!”
