“The wait for the Big Jims were worth it. Due to weather, they were late coming out of the field but when they did... Yum! This is my 3rd year of ordering from The Hatch Chile store and I will remain a customer for many years to come! Their customer service is superb! Thank you!!”

“The person I dealt with by e-mail Elaine, is awesome. I had an interesting situation arise. I asked if I could cancel my order last minute because my Gelsons market here in California had a shipment come in and they were able to roast it for me and I now have a freezer full. They saved me the work of having to roast it. Elaine was very understanding and refunded me immediately. I would definitely do business with these people anytime. I am know considering ordering again before it is gone.”

“I ordered the green chili for my son and his GF since they both LOVE Hatch green chili.My son's GF texted that they both could smell the aroma before they got to their mailbox!!! :) :) I will order again!!”
