Have not received my order. Should have received it last week but it rained. Haven't had any feedback since. But i am not worried. Good peppers take time just like good food! Follow up: Received my peppers today 8/19/16 at 2:45 pm EST. There is not one bad pepper in the box. A few peppers said they were spoiled but you know how they lie. I really appreciate the 2nd day air. It was not necessary but i do appreciate it Will roast them tomorrow'. Hope to do this again next year. Again thank you very much and it seems customer service really is #1.

The shipment of my order was delayed due to rain in the fields but only by a few days. The Chile is THE BEST!

Funny how you ask me how my order was received when it has NOT been received. Tracking still shows it in El Paso, Texas. So far, not impressed when you said the order would be shipped on August 9.

Hi Michael, Per the rain delay email you received last week, your box was delayed to this week. Unfortunately, our automated review system isn't smart enough to know when a box actually goes out. It only sees the originally scheduled shipment date and assumes that boxes are delivered 2-3 days thereafter. As such, it sent you a review request a bit prematurely! Since your box will be delivered today or tomorrow, I'd like to ask you to adjust your review after you receive it to reflect the quality of what you receive. Thank you for you business.
