“Thank you so much. Tbh I felt like you guys shipped me a little more than 10lbs knowing a couple wouldn’t make it. Very very few peppers don’t survive the trip. “Arrived in perfect shape. Got here at about 9:30am. By 1:30 pm, they were roasted, cleaned and packed for the freezer. Every chili was perfect and peeled easily after roasting on the bbq. Needless to say they tasted great. As far as I can tell they were all mild, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order again.”

“I’ve always eaten hatch chili even when I was little would go to New Mexico and mom and dad would buy hatch chili so when I moved to New Mexico I started buying it for myself and fell in love with it all over then when my kids would come to visit I would give them bags of hatch chili now they love it too but it kind of expensive at the stores here in California but love my chili”
