“Love the chile I received minus towards the bottom of the box where there were a few rotten chiles. The price was about double what I pay at my local store but they did not carry the mild which was my reason for ordering. Disappointed that I paid for 2nd day and from the day they were boxed to the day I received them it took exactly 7 days. Otherwise the chile tasted green.”

Dear Christina, I took a look at your tracking history and it actually shows that the box was picked and shipped on the 23rd and delivered the 25th. It also shows that we sent a second box to replace the chile you lost. Can you let us know why you think it took 7 days to arrive? Thanks, Preston
