“Hatch Green Chilies are the most flavorful, fresh chilies. We originally found them in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I buy them whenever I can! I'm thrilled that I can purchase fresh chilies online since it's difficult to find them in Florida! Thank you for Hatch Green Chilies!”

“Great chiles, excellent delivery. I have ordered chiles previously. This time, I ordered Big Jims, and they were very mild and meaty. Next year, I may order a hotter chile. When I checked the status of my order, I was told that mild peppers ship on Thursday for Friday delivery. Hotter peppers ship on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Good to know. I had not seen that published elsewhere.”

“The medium hot Hatch Green Chile I ordered was delicious! Each of the chiles were meaty! And when I roasted them on my grill, the aroma was awesome! We hadn't had Hatch chiles since I don't rememer when, but we did remember the aroma when the chiles started to roast! After the chiles finished roasting, my wife peeled the chiles and set them aside so she could freeze them. Now we have packages of frozen chiles to cook anyway we want, when we want!!”

“Revising this from a one star to a five star review so that UPS’ failure to do their job does not reflect poorly on The Hatch Chile Store. I’ll continue to rely on this store for their excellent products, and hope that UPS can sort out their issues. ((UPS’ failure to do their one job resulted in a total loss of this four pound mild chile shipment. Thank you for your integrity in quickly sending a replacement batch, which arrived in good condition.))”
