“I ordered 4 pounds of fresh Mild Hatch Chiles a couple of months ago, since my H.E.B. Grocery Store (in Rio Grande Valley) stopped bringing the Hatch Chiles. I got notice they were going to ship 2 weeks ago, but I was going out of town for a few days. I emailed Hatch Chile Store and they were so sweet, they changed the shipping to Aug 1st. I got the chiles very quickly, and they were just fine. Yesterday I put them on the grill to roast, peeled them, and used some for salsa and froze the rest. They were just right, and the heat level was perfect. I will be ordering from them again!”

“I am from New Mexico and love my green chili. I normally consume medium to hot strength in all varieties. On this occasion in order to make chili rellanos for our Indiana friends I ordered mild chili. I roasted the Chiles the day before the great event and wow as I bit into it my mouth was on fire and getting hotter. So I devanedand deseed all the pods fixed the dinner in my and my sister's (also from New Mexico) opinion we had at least MEDIUM grade chiles. Secondly 4 or 5 of the chiles were to small to make a nice presentation. Vary,vary sad about your product and even less happy with your solution. Wallace Sparks”

“Well, where do I start. The chilis were great looking and great tasting. They all went into a pot of green chili stew that I made. I ordered another ten pounds which I roasted, peeled and froze… yummy!!! I mix my medium and mild together. Thank you Hatch!!”
