“We absolutely love hatch chilies, we used to find them everywhere in AZ and we moved to TX so had to order and they arrived so good 25lb worth and fast. Prices are much higher shipping over finding someone selling, I hope one day we find someone around South Texas who sells them.”

“Wonderful! My chili arrived so fresh and pretty. They were a breeze to roast and I even stuffed a few of the largest. I've been using the mild ones in place of black pepper in all my casseroles and cooked foods for a little heat and a lot of flavor. I'm sold on fresh green chilies.”

“I’ve been dying to make Chile verde like I used to get from Efrains in Boulder Colorado. 10 lbs of the medium Hatch Chiles were perfect. 4 jalapeños and a pressure-cooked pork shoulder and it was nearly perfect. Roasting the Chiles on my grill made the neighborhood smell incredible! Will definitely order again for my next gathering of friends.”
