“Eat some every day. One whole Mild chopped combined with 1/2 Med or 1/2 Hot chopped with every meal. The heat works out just right. Seem to have more energy since incorporating your wonderful chles in my diet.”

“We got our 25 pounds of fresh green chilies shipped to north Alabama during a heat wave! They arrived fresh and ready to roast! I was worried about the heat getting to them but shipping 2nd day air seems to have worked. Delicious as always! Maybe someday 'the south' will catch on to how great these chilies are. I'll do my part. :)”

“I'm a native from NM and have been living in Maine for 13yrs. This will be the only place I will be ordering chile from now on. The shipping was overnighter and the all made it here fresh. Most places either aren't hot enough or big enough and when you do get them the half are soggy. Not Hatch Chile Store. Thank you for the best”

“I'd I was fortunate enough to see someone in a BBQ forum post that they had ordered about 100 lbs of green chile to roast, so I figured I'd order 10 lbs to try. I'd always wanted to try the real deal FRESH Hatch chiles, but I'd never had the opportunity. The first thing that stood out to me....... they are *SO* fragrant!!!! I have never had peppers give off such a strong, peppery smell. It was so nice that I kept the box by my desk so I could just sit there and smell it. I'm currently roasting them right now, and there's really nothing else like them. I'll be ordering a lot more!!!!”
