“Another great experience. Fresh batch with only 2 pods out of the 25 lbs that I had to discard. Chile is spicy and tasty. Best price, quality and shipping cost to New England. Always need to have my freezer stocked with green chile but don't make it back to NM so often anymore. HCG.com fills the gap just fine.”

“My Big Jims arrived yesterday, and they look great! Roasted them on the grill, and they're bagged and in the freezer ready to go. The quality is excellent, shipping was fast (and reasonably priced), and they arrived in perfect condition. I'll be back next year!”

“This is the first year ordering from Hatch Chile Store, was using a different store but I found the shipping here to be way more reasonable. The product has a great flavor as expected. I used standard shipping and had no problems getting a fresh product out to Tennessee. There were probably about 10 bad chiles out of the entire 25lb batch which has been my experience ordering them and using regular shipping over the years, this despite super high temperatures. I highly recommend it!”
