“Ordered 5Lbs of mild for my wife and roasted it, about a week later I received an e-mail stating they were sending me my 5Lbs of Chile I reached out explaining I had already received my order, and they let me know there was an error on their part and to enjoy the 5Lbs of Chile on them. If that is not great customer support I don’t know what is.”

“I placed two orders that arrived in pretty bad condition. Some were rotten and most were limp. Not a good experience. Getting a better shipping time puts the chiles at overpriced. Not sure if I will try this again anytime soon. My second order of 10# was probably a third unusable. Sorry but you asked….”
