“I love Hatch chilies. I try and get them every year. Unfortunately living in the Northwest. It’s hard to get. 70% of the chilies made it. The rest were in pretty bad shape by the time I received them. But hey, 70 is better than nothing. Thanks for the hard work! Love those chilies! Thanks Paul”

“My batch arrived to my home in upstate NY as fresh as if I'd been in New Mexico to pick them myself! Kept them in the fridge for a few days before we charred and peeled them. Used a few on burgers, and made a delicious Chile Relleno dish from a recipe on your website. Next time I might even be adventurous enough to try "Medium." A nice reminder of a state we love to visit!”

“I lived in Colorado for over 20 years and loved the Hatch Green Chile. I moved to Virginia and you can not get them here. It was nice to have that superior taste of the Hatch Chili.”

“Beautiful fresh lovely long A Grade large Chili’s. $7 Lb. Local Raleys had B Grade for $2.29 Lb. Same lovely taste. If you are a foodie the A grade are paramount . B grade are just fine for the home cook. ✔️”
