“This was a replacement box for my initial box of medium peppers that arrived with the bottom layer rotten/rotting all were very heated from the long trip that I paid extra to have arrive cooler. I called and explained and sent photos. It was agreed to send a replacement box- mild at husbands request. At the end of the roasting day my hands were so burned I could not continue. We looked at box it said HOT ON ALL SIDES. Label said mild ordered I handle jalapeño and ancho and Serrano routinely without blistering my hands Quality control issues? Next year I’ll buy at HEB or Ce break Market most likely. I wanted to can a bunch. That did not happen. Thank you for listening. Nancy”
