“We love the mild Hatch Chile. It has great flavor and a little heat. We freeze ours after skinning them, and in January, here in Mn, there’s the great Chile flavor for your casserole, hamburger, or whatever!”

“Finished taking care of all my fresh hatch chile's today. Kept 20 chile's separate for chile rellenos, stuffed them with monterey jack cheese , and froze them, 2 hours later I floured them and vacuum sealed them. All I have to do now is dip them in egg mixture and cook. I can taste them already, thank you Brenden”
