“My order arrived in perfect condition from New Mexico to the Oregon Coast. I posted a picture of them on my Facebook page and everyone wanted to know where they could get them. I shared my instructions on how to roast. Project completed! Thanks to all of you. Ann Dowdy”

“I am rating these a five because they looked really good and they were fresh when I got them. Unfortunately I tried to cook them in a smoker and ruined the whole batch. My fault not yours, I will be trying it again next year except I'll cook them on the barbecue grill instead of in a smoker.”

I pulled up your order and saw that you did order one of our 5lb boxes that came with free shipping. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage?
