“Oh my! This was my first order and the first time I roasted some of the peppers, I did a small batch. I quickly realized that wasn't enough after tasting the first one. So delicious. I'm putting them on everything. They enhance the flavor of foods. I went back to their website to order tamales. Can't wait to try those.”

“Such a beautiful rich green pod of wonderfulness! There is absolutely no chile in the world as the Hatch Chile. I am truly pan blanca! but I so love this chile since introduced to it by my husband's truly New Mexican parents descended from Cristobal Nieto in the 1500's. You harvest the very best pods anywhere!! Thank you for your loving efforts to produce such a fine product!”
