“I knew I was ordering at the tail-end of the season, but I still had to get my hands on some Hatch Chilies. So I placed the order and two days later a box of fresh chilies shows up at my door in Richmond, Virginia. I quickly roasted and skinned them and they taste phenomenal! I cant wait to enjoy these throughout the winter. I'll definitely be ordering again next year - but more like August, not October.”

“I love these Chile's and wait every year for them to be harvested with much anticipation, however, I paid for two-day shipping and it took 6 days for them to arrive. They were past their peak and red.”
