“I have been serving these chile's for several years, I first saw them on Food Network, and a lady fixed one for her husband. I decided I wanted to try them, so I found them in Fort Worth, Texas and love them. I roast them, skin them, stuff them with Cheese and then I roll them in egg wash, then flour, fry them and they are wonderful. Have been doing it for several years now. My husband loves them, we look forward to them each year when they are in season.”

“My order arrived on time as scheduled. Chile was shipped from Albuquerque NM and arrived wrinkled. Not shipped fresh from Hatch NM”

Hello, All of our chile is shipped fresh from Hatch. Since we are a high volume shipper we load pallets on boxes onto a UPS semi truck and then boxes are not scanned into UPS's system until they reach the main UPS hub in Albuquerque. All of our chile is picked on the same day it is sent out so it is about as fresh as you can possibly get it. Thank you, Taylor
