“Love these, I would eat them for breakfast on cereal if I could. The flavor is just right. Last year I ordered them roasted and frozen this year they are a DIY project..they are the very best”

“Received my order promptly and in excellent condition. Value on the 5lb box is excellent. I was pleased to be able to buy fresh chiles past peak season. Smelled wonderful when I roasted them and no doubt will make an excellent chile verde.”

“This comment is for the last shipment of the season. I would recommend not waiting that long and getting them before mid October. Close to half my shipment had turned red, but I roasted them anyway and made delicious chicken and chile sandwiches. I got some a few weeks earlier and they were quite good. Seems like the later shipment was meatier than the earlier ones. I have no idea how they decide what goes in a box.”
