“These chiles still have a little kick to them but oh how they enhance whatever it is you're making with their flavor included. We totally love these and wish I hadn't shared them with friends now. I want MORE.. but as is the end of season there aren't many left. We also purchased 5 lbs of medium so that will keep us going for some time. Don't hesitate purchasing these. “This was my first time ordering fresh Hatch Green Chile and my first time flame roasting them. The chiles arrived in perfect condition. After washing them, I flame roasted the entire batch on a Treager Pellet Grill on a setting of 350 deg F. I kept turning until they were charred then cooled in a paper bag and peeled the skins. They were truly mild and tasted AWESOME. Over a two week period I used them all in soups, omelettes, etc. I wish I had made photos to share.”
