“Waited months to get the stew, no problem, & when it finally came it had no dry ice was thawed & I was not sure if we should eat it. No fault of the companies I assume it was lost in the mail. Contacted customer service & a new order was shipped asap, no extra charge, it arrived still frozen & was worth the wait. Very yummy like every other product we have ordered & I look forward to all my future orders. Keep up the great customer service & amazing products you have customers for life :)”

“It doesn't look like the picture. Rather it's a package of puréed stew that is actually quite tasty. I ended up sautéing stew meat and diced potatoes and then pouring the Hatch packet of stew over it and ended up with a delicious meal that does look like the picture.”

“Excellent! Met my expectations. Very flavorable with just the right amount of heat for the family. Personally I'm a fan of a "hotter" chile, but your product is very good, and satisfies everyone. Will order again for sure!!”
