“I think you used pork shoulder when you made this. There were shreds in mine. All the flavors were excellent. I use a pork tenderloin when I make mine. I cut it up into small squares and cook it with all the flavors that you use did not did not did not like shreds in it at all all the spices and everything else were wonderful.”
