“Very nice smell of chilis when top is opened and good in food. I ordered mild but this is much hotter than that, at least medium. Not a problem for me since I like some heat.”

“I love this chile powder! Green chile powder has traditionally been hard to find, so I have been buying it from the Hatch Chile Store for years. There is other green chile powder available now, but can you really be sure that it is Hatch (there is no substitute!)”

“I bought some green chile powder from Biad chiles years ago and have been extra selective in my use of it. When I found you had it, I had to get some. I use it any place I want green chile flavor...soups, eggs, meat loaf, and Mexican dishes, of course. It’s great stuff and a must have in my kitchen.”
