“We tried the Hatch Green Chile Bacon with my last order. Absolutely amazing and delicious. We had a BLT with this bacon and fresh tomatoes from our garden—best summer meal ever! I chopped some of the raw bacon and froze it for future recipes and froze the rest. The bacon fried up perfectly and didn’t seem to pop and splatter as much. Seasoning was just the perfect kick of heat and flavor. Highly recommend!”
