“This bacon is great. It has just the right amount of heat to remind you that it is Hatch Green Chile seasoned. We have used it a breakfast meat as well as in kitsch. Adds a new dimension Sorry no pictures at this time.”

“After a few unsuccessful attempts to get the bacon here we finally succeeded. Customer Service was absolutely the best to work with. I smoked the Hatch Green Chile Bacon on the traeger. It took a little longer than other bacon but it was well worth the wait. I thought the spice was perfect but some seem to think it’s to “hot”. I will order again once the temperatures drop back down a bit. Sorry I didn’t take pictures because I also smoked/baked some biscuits at the same time.”

“Run, do not walk, to order the Hatch Green Chile Bacon! It is the most flavorful bacon I have ever tasted. We ordered one pack to try, and ordered four more to enjoy later. It is wonderful!”
