“Great quality product. Well built and did a great job on the chilies. 15 minutes to do 5 pounds and they were partially peeled too. I purchased fresh Hatch Chili and some jalapeños from my local Fry’s grocery store.. We bought a table from a used restaurant equipment company. My husband bolted it down tight and it provides all the room needed. Thank you. I will recommend this roaster to friends and family.”
