“This is a great roaster. Well made and the perfect size for small batches. This amount of chiles would have taken a few hours on the grill and the roasting would not be very uniform. The medium roaster had them done in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this roaster to anyone looking to get away from the grill. Now we have wonderful roasted chiles in Kentucky! Great job folks!”

“We have ordered other roasters in the past and from other companies but this roaster is by far the best we have received, the quality of the way it is built to the regulator!! We will never go anywhere else!!”

“High quality product makes the roasting process a breeze. Was able to grille our 25 pound chile box in about 15 minutes vs the 2 or 3 hours it use to take with a regular grill. It is expensive but well worth it. I considered purchasing a cheaper option from amazon but the reviews stated those cheaper roasters did not deliver a high heat flame and left a sooty residue. Not the case with this one, it's basically a table top flame thrower! I highly recommend this made in the USA product!”

“I was looking for a roaster that would work. I have been using my grill for years but I would lose so much between the grate. I looked at plans to make one but for the cost just could not beat this one. Best thing is it works great!”

“My medium roaster arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to try it out when my yearly supply of Sandia's arrive in a couple of months. I order between 25 and 50 pounds every year and have wanted a roaster for a long, long time. It takes me back to the 12 years I lived in Albuquerque when I had my chiles roasted in one of the industrial sized roasters.”
