I sent my kids in Chicago an order last Christmas. We were all so happy with it that I sent another order this year. So happy to hear my kids say theyd been missing it!

The ingredients of the tamales were flavorful, great tasting, and filling. There is definitely a difference between your product and some other commercial types.

Homemade red Chile, grandpa’s posole flavored with Hatch Chile seasoning, tamales and chimichangas from HC. Mm mmm, brings back memories that can’t be beat

We splurged on this for a special occasion and everything was spectacular! The spice level was just right, the heating instructions were easy to follow, and I can’t wait to order some other items to try!

We like to deep fry the chimichangas and Rellenos because it gives them a nice crunch. We steam the tamales and use the green chili sauce on the side. Because of shipping costs we have to order wisely.

The tamales and chili rellanos were packed very well to keep them frozen.

The pork tamales' masa was very mushy even after baking them, they were still mushy. The inside was dry. These were not like any NM homemade tamales, I've ever eaten and I was raised near the Hatch Valley.....very disappointing!! I haven't tried the chicken tamales, yet. The Rellenos had great flavor in the batter, but the chile itself had very little flavor and was tough as a boot! Wasn't anything like the Hatch chile, I've been eating all my life. I feel like I wasted our money. I was so excited to get it and then, so let down. I haven't tried the red chile sauce or jar of green chile, yet.

Hi Jan, Would you mind elaborating on how you prepared the tamales and rellenos? This isn't like any feedback we normally receive. I will note masa does tend to stay fairly soft no matter how tamales are reheated. Best, Saul
