“I am a skilled home chef. I make tamales wrapped in dried corn husks with various fillings. But they are a day long process. Am busy this time of year, and ordering from Hatch Chilies saves me a bunch of time. So, only thing left is the question, How does your tamales compare with mine? The green ones are about the same as mine, very good. The red ones are equal as well. Big time saving. The Chilies Reanello are not as good as the ones I make at home because of the fact that they are deep fried and frozen and shipped. The outer coating does not survive this as well as mine hot out of the deep fryer. I don't expect that they would. But they are still very high quality.”

“Was a bit disappointed this time around with the tamales. Very dry and meager with the pork and chicken. Chile had no taste to it, both the green and red. Chile Rellenos were decent, had better before when I ordered here.”

“Being in NH, we feared we couldn’t have tamales—-until we discovered The Hatch Store’s scrumptious ones. With their delicious frozen green chimes, we make our chile (salsa)——and——we’ve enjoyed their chile rellanoes. We highly recommend this store and their reliable shipping methods.
