“This sauce delivers on heat, but seems to be a bit watered down. It just felt thin to my taste. I bought a case of this, and I use it as a base to make tastier sauce. The good news is, what you are getting here is pretty much pure Chile flavor, so you can add a little chicken stock, a little avacado, and yeah, even a little cilantro (don't hate) to thicken it up, and you will wind up with a dynamite flavor. No pesky vinegar here, or anything else that cannot be covered up.”
