“My husband is very picky about his green chili. You did not disappoint! It’s like living in the west and eating the chili from his home state of WY. The smell of the green sauce was unexpected: real roasted chili’s! I can’t wait to get get more chili’s next year to roast outside and make some great port chop chili!”

“This was my 2nd time to order your Ol’ Gringo Green Sauce. I love the taste of chili but don’t like it hot. Ol’ Gringo Green Sauce gives me precisely that... great flavor without the burn! Both shipments have been received in a timely manner and in perfect condition. You can bet you chili pods that I will continue to order my chili from Hatch Chile Farm and let others know they should, too.”

“My husband and I fell in love with the taste of New Mexico on a recent trip. Upon our return home, all we could think about was the amazing salsas and sauces we had discovered. While searching the internet, I stumbled upon Ol' Gringo Green Sauce. I ordered it and finally put it to use last night in/on some enchiladas. They were delicious. The flavor is phenomenal. The heat is perfect. It doesn't overshadow the flavor at all. Simply delicious. I will now be ordering by the case as this is one of my new go-to Ol' Gringo favorites.”
