“It arrived on time in good shape. I haven't used it for any recipes as yet, but plan to soon. I used to get Merlies's Green Chile by the case now that she has closed shop I needed a replacement. Being genuine Hatch Chile I.m confident that yours will be very good substitute. I will be happy to give you an updated, honest review withing the next few weeks after I have actually used it, If it is as I expect I will also be ordering it by the case,”
